Escorra e esprema para retirar o excesso de \u00e1gua.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Em uma tigela, misture a carne mo\u00edda, o trigo, a cebola, o alho, a hortel\u00e3, o cominho, o sal e a pimenta.
