Em uma panela grande, aque\u00e7a o azeite e refogue a cebola e o alho at\u00e9 ficarem macios e levemente dourados. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>b. Adicione as ervilhas secas e o caldo de legumes \u00e0 panela e deixe cozinhar em fogo m\u00e9dio at\u00e9 que as ervilhas fiquem macias (cerca de 30-40 minutos). Se necess\u00e1rio, adicione mais \u00e1gua durante o cozimento. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>c. Quando as ervilhas estiverem quase cozidas, adicione as batatas e as cenouras \u00e0 sopa. Cozinhe at\u00e9 que todos os legumes estejam macios. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>d. Use um liquidificador ou um mixer de m\u00e3o para bater a sopa at\u00e9 ficar cremosa. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>e. Tempere com sal e pimenta a gosto. f.
